The role:

• Gather data on quality metrics from various sources within the organization.
• Analyse quality findings to identify trends, patterns, and areas requiring corrective action.
• Compile comprehensive reports detailing quality metrics, non-compliance issues, and corrective actions taken
• Maintain records of internal reject reports, documenting reasons for rejection and corrective measures implemented.
• Communicate effectively with relevant departments to address non-compliance issues and prevent recurrence. 

Qualifications & Skills

• Demonstrated background in quality control and assurance settings.
• Highly skilled in PC operations. 
• Quality inspection proficiency preferred.
• Proficient in ISO9001 standards comprehension.
