An opportunity has arisen within the Parks Service to work in a dedicated team assisting with the installation and maintenance of the playground equipment in over 90 locations across the City and County of Swansea.

The department is looking to recruit an Assistant Playground Installer to work within this busy, high profile and customer focused area. The function of the role is to assist in the installation and maintenance of fixed play equipment and conduct all elements of hard and soft landscaping works.
The successful candidate will be flexible, required to work outdoors in all weather conditions, able to carry out physically demanding work and deliver all aspects of the role to a very high standard.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate past experience in a similar role, able to work as part of a team and have suitable technical competence to fulfil the requirements of the role effectively and efficiently.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
