We are recruiting a Solicitor to join our busy Commercial Dispute Resolution team based at our Cardiff office. Our Dispute Resolution team is highly regarded and features prominently in both the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners rankings, dealing with a broad range of commercial and property disputes for a wide variety of clients. 

The role would best suit a newly qualified solicitor who is looking to take the next step in their career. 

The role is full time and would involve supporting the team along with working, developing, and running a case load, with support and supervision where needed. We are looking for an ambitious and bright candidate that is looking to enhance their technical ability and industry knowledge by working alongside an experienced and supportive team. 

This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ solicitor to grow their career in a friendly and collaborative team atmosphere with access to complex work and clear routes to progression. We operate a hybrid working basis.

Applicant Criteria

Required skills and experience:

  • A qualified solicitor in England and Wales
  • A degree at 2:1 level or above
  • Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage workload and deadlines
  • Clear client focus and enjoy building client relationships
  • Creative thinking and a commercial approach with an enthusiasm for business development 
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
