Welsh Speaking Assessor in Healh and Social Care

Smart Solutions are working in partnership with an award winning training provider, and we are pleased to be recruiting for a Welsh Speaking Assessor in Healh and Social Care to join their business on a permanent contract, who will be delivering apprenticeship qualifications to employed status learners around the Cardiff region.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm (Hybrid Working)

Core Duties of the Welsh Speaking Assessor in Healh and Social Care:

• Providing a quality learning experience and journey
• Supporting learners to successfully achieve their qualifications in a timely fashion.
• Contribute to the planning, monitoring and achievement of agreed performance targets
• Occupational competence and delivering apprenticeships experience

Essential Requirements for the Welsh Speaking Assessor in Healh and Social Care include:

• Occupational experience within the Health & Social Care sector and apprenticeship delivery
• Experience of Work Based Learning
• Experience of Award Body practices Qualified or with the potential and willingness to work towards CAVA Qualification or equivalent qualification, ESW Communication and Application of Number Level 2.
• NVQ delivery experience of Health & Social Care routes
• Assessor qualification or equivalent and assessing experience
• Ability to work remotely
• Ability to speak Welsh
• Full driving license and use of own vehicle
