Learning Support Assistant 

Basic salary: £17,500 per annum rising to £20,000 per annum.

Additional Benefits: generous holiday package (shutdown period of 4 weeks during the summer period), contributory pension scheme, healthcare scheme and much more. Total Reward package starting up to £18,500 per annum.

ACT Ltd are looking to appoint 3 Learning Support Assistants.

We are looking for a 3 positive, caring individuals who are keen to support learners who encounter challenging behaviours, under an alternative curriculum provision, within ACT. You will be enthusiastic and patient and will an understanding of behavioural, emotional and social difficulties (BESD).

As an employee at our registered independent school, you will be expected to support learners and assist with the administration of ACT Schools (age 14-16) provision and provide bespoke support packages to individual learners. This role is to specifically offer 1-1 support for a learner with additional learning needs.

Two of the roles are based at our Cardiff Schools and the other is based at our Caerphilly School. All roles fit within the Schools Provision team, reporting to the Centre Managers.
