Basic salary: £22,000 per annum plus market uplift of £2,000 per annum (£24,000 per annum in total) rising annually in line with the salary grading structure.

Additional benefits of generous holiday package, contributory pension scheme, healthcare scheme and more. Total Reward Package: up to £26,500 per annum

Base: ACT Skills Academy, Hadfield Road, Cardiff

We are looking for an experienced Motor Vehicle professional to develop and provide skills training, activities and deliver Motor Vehicle qualifications to learners on our Traineeship programme (aged 16-18). You will be expected to plan and deliver high quality teaching, learning and assessment in line with ESTYN requirements

The role will also include supporting the delivery of the motor vehicle curriculum for one day per week within our Schools provision for approximately 7, 14 – 16 year olds, who have been referred to us, due to either having been or are at risk of being excluded from mainstream education, who are school phobic or are classed as vulnerable or who require a more practical approach towards their education.

The role is based in our Cardiff Skills Academy in Hadfield Road. The role fits within the Traineeship Motor Vehicle team reporting to the Sector Lead.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
