Are you looking for your first office experience? Would you like to work with a growing Legal firm?

Our family run business is now looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and passionate office Administrator.

Key duties would include general administration, supporting the office manager, answering the phone, checking the post, greeting visitors to the office, filing, photocopying, scheduling meetings, secretarial duties and word processing as well as any other ad hoc office duties as required.

Previous Administration experience is not essential, but would be a bonus.

Ideally, candidates will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

The working hours will be 9am to 5pm, Monday to Fridays

Salary will be £11,000 to £14,000 (dependant on age and experience).

The job will be located in Whitchurch, Cardiff. There will be fantastic opportunities to learn and develop your skills with this family run legal firm in Cardiff.
