Linc-Cymru are offering the opportunity to join our Asset Management Team as a Planned and Compliance Manager. Working 37 hours per week on a generous flexi-time scheme, this post offers the opportunity to work from our Head Office in Cardiff and visit our various homes and schemes across South Wales - perfect for someone who likes variety within their working week! With a dedicated, in-house Learning & Development team, you can rest assured that you will receive the most up to date training, ensuring that you are fully equipped to succeed in this role.

The role aims to support the Head of Asset Management in providing the specifications and cost information to produce all planned and compliance contracts as well as ensuring that Linc's assets are compliant with all safety standards, regulation and best practice.

With over 4500 properties across South Wales, the role will ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with agreed standards, performance indicators and financial resources.

The candidate will have a can-do attitude and positive approach. You should be willing to learn about the environments in which we work and the challenges within Care and Homes.
