What is special about this opportunity?

Being an accommodation co-ordinator is not your standard admin job. You will be the first point of contact for the people we support and will have a chance to support and interact with them on a day to day basis. Each client is different and no two days are the same, which makes this such an exciting opportunity.

You will undertake reception duties including answering the telephone and monitoring access to the building. Your role will include completing the booking-in paperwork for all new residents, keeping the scheme’s records up-to-date including: statistics, policies and procedures. You will develop and maintain financial systems including petty cash, invoices and finance records as well as provide relevant information to the manager. You will plan and organise meetings and events, take and distribute minutes where required, as well as establish and maintain efficient client records, filing and archiving systems to ensure the smooth running of the service.

Actual salary for this role based on 20 hrs per week will be £9,257.

For this role you will require a DBS check, which we pay for.
