Customer Services Coordinator

An opportunity has become available for a Customer Services Coordinator to join our growing team at Prefix Systems South West, a leading aluminium fabrication specialist.

To be successful in this role you must display strong attention to detail and quality, as well as excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. You must also be able to work well with people and demonstrate dependability through good attendance and adherence to timelines and schedules.

The main duties of this role are:

  • Allocating stock
  • Ordering stock
  • Taking pro-forma payments
  • Issuing production paperwork to the factory
  • Scheduling deliveries
  • Organising couriers
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Organising replacement parts for customers
  • Ordering glass and replacement glass
  • Managing non-conformances within the business
  • Scheduling site visits
  • Invoicing customers
  • Answering the telephone

Knowledge and experience:

  • 3 years knowledge of the aluminium window and door industry (essential)
  • Technical knowledge of Smarts profile (essential)
  • Knowledge of LogiKal aluminium processing software (desirable)

Normal working hours are Monday to Thursday 8am until 5pm and Friday 8am until 4pm. From time to time you will be required to be flexible with your working hours to accommodate times of high demand.
