·Lead assigned indirect procurement spend categories and drive value to the business

·Lead & Execute EMEA Indirect Procurement complex projects and initiatives across EMEA countries

·Identify & Execute cost savings initiatives/projects.

·Execute bidding process and contracts negotiation.

·Initiate the timely and economical purchase of goods and services with regard for quality and delivery in TCO perspective.

·Ensures compliance with purchasing policies and procedures and promotes good purchasing behavior

·Researches and analyzes possible sources / suppliers for requested items, provides alternatives or substitutions, when applicable and provides an overview of options to internal customers.

·Analyzes market trends and availability of designated procurement commodities.

·Prepares and issues reports as necessary to keep internal customers informed of critical trends or concerns taking place.

·Manages designated supplier base, consolidating and replacing suppliers as required.

·Quality and Compliance Related Responsibilities, comply with all purchasing related quality system regulations, ISO and Company Procedures

The ideal candidate will have:

·Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts

·3-5 years’ experience in indirect procurement

·Excellent ability to communicate effectively with business leaders, both internally and externally.

·Excellent business acumen, proficient in leading and setting direction for cross-functional teams.

·Demonstrated ability to understand the factors affecting the finances and/or operations of suppliers.

·Excellent supplier management skills including ability to foster and leverage professional relationships.

·Ability to identify and solve contractual, process and operational business challenges.

·Show high degree of initiative

·Strong skills in building interdependent partnerships
