Sales Administrator

Salary :

* £15k depending on experience

Key Responsibilities :

* Answering the telephone
* Assisting with customer enquiries
* Office administration
* Order processing
* General Accounts Administration

Hours of work :

* 9.00 am - 5.00 pm Monday - Friday ( an hour for lunch )

Requirements :

* Must be computer literate
* Have obtained a grade C in Maths and English GCSE
* Possess a good telephone manner
* Be motivated and keen to learn

About the company :

Our client is a printing company based in Penarth. You will be working with a team of 10 employees. They aim to offer their customers excellent customer service and therefore require you to be motivated to offer the same. They are willing to train you and help you progress within the company if you wish. In addition to this training and support they will offer a company pension scheme and paid annual leave.
