Customer Service Administrator

A leading manufacturer in Port Talbot are on the lookout for a Customer Service Administrator to join the team.

Responsibilities include:

- Controlling the on-site order process for regular business and projects
- Ensuring all actions completed in-line with project plan by holding weekly meeting
- Update weekly progress by providing a status report with supporting summary sheet
- Deal with all issues promptly and efficiently
- Keeping customers updated on project status by monitoring lead-time
- Liaising with despatch department to ensure timely and correct despatch of orders
- Liaising with other departments to resolve any customer order related issues

Skills/ Qualifications/ Experience:

- Customer service experience
- Experience planning orders/ projects
- Experience in an engineering/ manufacturing environment desirable
- Good business acumen
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation & administration skills
- High degree of computer literacy
