This role is mainly evening, weekend and after school hours.

15 hours per week, permanent.

For this role you will require an Enhanced DBS check, which we pay for.

How can I make a difference?

You will provide enthusiastic, person centred support to children, young people and adults with varying levels of support needs to specifically access the local community to undertake social/leisure activities of their choice. Some of the children / adults you will work with may display behaviours that challenge.

* We are looking for outgoing, enthusiastic, motivating people to come and join our team. Ideal candidate will not only have a desire to work with children, young people and adults but a strong commitment to building upon individuals existing skills and independence.
* You must be able to drive and have a car available to use for work.
* You must be able to undertake moving and handling activities.
* Formal experience is not essential as both initial and ongoing training will be provided.
