Marketing Co-ordinator
The salary for the role is £17,000.
The role is based at Greypoint, CF14 5WF.

The Marketing Co-ordinator will support the Marketing Executive and wider marketing team. The role is key to enabling the continued success of the marketing activity and to enable further strategy developments to achieve company objectives.
Duties and responsibilities

* Assist in the development, co-ordination and promotion of all open days, events and exhibitions for sales and marketing teams.
* Plan meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling and co-ordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; co-ordinating mailing lists.
* Assist with the range of Social Media channels.
* Assist with updates to the website.
* Assist with the creation of content plans (blogs, social media).
* Assist with e-mail marketing, marketing to potential customers and the existing customer base.
* Assist with the development of advertising campaigns and analysing their performance.
* Assist with the production of all marketing materials.
* Help, plan and organise presentations.
* Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements; inventorying stock; placing orders for promotional items.
* Support sales team by providing new product information and other sales tools as and when required.
* Conduct research into competitor products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, price and advertising; maintaining research databases.
* Assist in all forms of activity to support the launch of new products.
* Provide customer service excellence through all methods of contact with nurses and patients.
* Ensure the corporate identity is maintained and used within guidelines at all times.

KEY SKILLS: technical knowledge, skills, experience and qualification

* Educated to HND/Degree level or previous experience in a similar role with a demonstrable track record.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
* Good time management and planning skills.
* Ability to meet multiple project deadlines and demonstrate good attention to detail.
* Ability to drive essential.
* Excel and PowerPoint skills.
* Familiarisation with a range of digital and design platforms (photoshop, InDesign, Canva, Hootsuite, WordPress).
* Will include some out of hours work and some weekend working.


* Previous experience in a marketing environment.
* The ability to speak, read and write in Welsh.
