An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Onsite Manager in Abergavenny.

As an Onsite Manager, you will be based on a key client site to deliver and recruit a quality portfolio of candidates and excellent service levels tailored to business needs. You will take ownership of running a specific client site, assisting in ongoing recruitment and, training to ensure their staffing requirements are met and supply is achieved consistently.

You will also deal with employee relations matters and employee engagement on site. You will arrange local registration meetings and to ensure all relevant right to work checks and additional compliance needs are met whilst delivering an induction tailored to our client’s needs.

You’ll need proven experience of working in high volume, recruitment, based either on-site with a client or in a branch location. As a confident communicator, you’ll engage, consult and collaborate with your candidates and colleagues to produce a quality portfolio and service level to meet the clients’KPI’s.
