Smart Solutions are seeking experienced Business Development Managers

Job Purpose:

* To work with the EMEA directors to develop effective relationships with companies across the EMEA primarily focusing on your region;

* To be responsible for the sales and business development

* To be responsible for developing existing client relationships in addition to identifying and pursuing new client opportunities from prospect to partner and to fully represent and build the company brand in accordance with the company brand values and mission statement.

Main duties and responsibilities:

* Research and Developments of Accounts;

* Support EMEA Directors in sales and account management;

* Provide after sales support to conference attendees and develop account management relationships and maintain regular contact;

* Field Sales calls and leads, hand over target account or bring in Directors when appropriate;

* Add the personal touch to campaigns / lead generation;

* Salesforce management

* Assessing and understanding Clients IT Security requirements;

* Attend company events throughout EMEA

* Arranging on-site visits


Essential Requirements:

* Proven track record in a sales capacity

* Passion for customer satisfaction

* Excellent attention to detailOrganised

* and disciplined

* Good communication skills – written and verbal

* Positive, can do attitude

* A team builder and player with emotional maturity

* Experience of working to deliver against monthly/quarterly/yearly quota

* Fluency in English plus 1 or more European Language.


* An understanding of the Cyber Security industry.
