Recycling Sortline Operatives | Neath | £7.83/hour

Smart Solutions Swansea are seeking Recycling Sortline Operatives for a large waste management facility based in the Neath area. These are on-going temporary positions that involve early starts and weekends so you will need to have a flexible approach to your working hours. You will be required to work within a fast paced recycling environment, where you will be targeted on picking rates, quality of product and expected to stand for long periods.
Day and Night shift available!

Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Picking at defined rates selective materials from a moving conveyor belt
• Ensuring quality and recovery rates are maximised
• General housekeeping of the cabins and MRF

Requirements
• Motivated
• A good eye for detail and work well under instruction and within a team
• Ability to work as a part of team
• Punctual
• Reliable and Flexible
Own transport required due to early starts and weekends
