Support Assistant Womens Services Refuge (Maternity Cover)

Location: Caerphilly

Hours: 1 day shift 9.30-5pm (Tuesday) and 1 night shift 4.45pm-9.45am (Sunday) per week plus flexibility to attend full team meetings, crossover, supervision and training

Salary: £19,194.00 per annum pro rata (£9597.00)

Contract: Maternity Cover Fixed Term 9 months

This is an exciting opportunity to join Llamau’s Domestic Abuse Services, working as a Support Assistant in 24hr refuge provision. You will play an integral role in providing a safe and secure environment for women and children in refuge, working with them to rebuild their lives free from abuse. This role works both alongside support workers and lone working, ensuring the 24hr provision and security of the project.

Llamau Women’s Services is an established, and supportive team, and looks forward to welcoming a new colleague who is committed to supporting women and their children to build on their strengths, and achieve positive outcomes.
