My client is a leading designer and supplier of innovative products for a high end, blue chip customer base. With an excellent sales forecast and increased product demand, they subsequently need to recruit a talented Design Engineer to work within the highly regarded Product Development team.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Design tasks associated with R&D projects.
• Conceptual design and modification on a variety of components and assemblies (including cast, sheet metal, injection moulded components)
• Perform product trials and tests
• Time manage projects through from concept to production

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Degree level in Mechanical Engineering or closely related subject
• At least 2 years Design experience using Solidworks
