IntaPeople are working with a fast-growing, forward thinking and dynamic company providing web solutions to the financial industry. Our client is looking to recruit, an experienced, Business Analyst (preferable ISEB certified) to work on new software and servicing implementations.
The successful Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering the detailed business requirement, including detailed process flows and solution documents, ensuring the overall solution meets the business need.
You will need to be able to demonstrate leadership, taking project ownership to work throughout the project lifecycle, operating as the interface between business and technical departments to ensure proposed solutions are valid, documented and meet the requirements.
As a key link between customers and developers excellent communication skills are an essential characteristic for the successful Business Analyst (BA) to join this team.
The chosen Business Analyst will have a proven track record of working within the Finance industry, comparable sectors can be the telecom or insurance. Strong customer focus and the ability to communicate in business language, as well as experience of business process mapping and ideally system modelling techniques, will be a strong advantage.
