Intapeople currently have an urgent need for a well organised project support professional to join a busy PMO at an exciting time. With a number of projects currently running you will be responsible for scheduling and co-ordinating activities to ensure project deliverables are met.

Previous experience working with both internal and external customers is a pre-requisite ideally within a busy PMO environment although this is not essential. You will be responsible for liaising with technical staff, internal management and clients in order to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the highest of standards.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management and organisational skills in order to be successful. The ability to produce accurate reports and documentation will also be essential for the position. You will need to be proficient with Microsoft packages such as Word, Outlook, Excel, MS Project and PowerPoint.
Those who are Prince 2 certified or have worked within an Agile environment would be at an advantage when applying for this position.
