We are currently recruiting for an experienced Quality Engineer to work in this large manufacturing business.
The primary purpose of the Quality Engineer role is to Provide Quality Assurance support to the business.
Key Responsibilities of the Quality Engineer’s role include:
• Maintain & improve compliance with quality system and corporate requirements
• Working within manufacturing to improve process capability, yield, quality of the product – support problem resolution
• Assist in the data gathering for KPI’s
• Conduct audits of processes as an improvement tool
• Provide training and support to Bridgend based functions
• Liaise with other organisational functions to strongly communicate requirements and ensure goals are achieved
• Provide Quality Assurance support to other departments as needed – to include GR&R, Capability Studies, FAI’s, Protocals – IQ,OQ,PQ and associated reports etc.
• Able to generate work instructions and graticules
• Input into FMEA’s
• Generate NCR’s
• SAP / MRP experience
• Good communication, report and presentation skills
• Other duties as agreed with the Quality Engineering Supervisor
In return, my clients are offering a salary of between £35-45k pa plus company benefits.
