Sales ExecutiveInfo about the role…As a key member of the sales team, you will lead the way in delivering new revenue into the business. You will use your accumulated experience in sales to effectively manage the entire sales cycle and close new business from an increasing number of inbound leads. You will have your own personal sales quota with an expectation to meet and exceed this consistently. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced, predominantly telephone-based sales environment where your earning potential is uncapped.
Responsibilities:- Developing and managing relationships with trialists of our software
- Managing the sales-cycle and presenting to C-level executives the value of our enterprise suite of applications
- Forecast sales activity, and drive revenue whilst creating satisfied and referenceable customers
- Demonstrating our product via the Web
- Maintaining relationships with customers and upselling new products
- Achieve/exceed a monthly sales quota
You will have the opportunity to contribute to wider company strategy and your entrepreneurial spirit will help you drive into new areas limited only by your work ethos and aspirations. Occasionally you may be required to generate new leads via cold calling or marketing campaign follow-up. You may also be required to work with new clients to both grow their accounts and seek referrals.
What we need you to have…The successful candidate must be self-motivated and target driven with the ability to manage a pipeline of opportunities that could include up to 100 new leads per month. Excellent qualification, prioritisation and focus are essential to be successful in this role.
You will be extremely effective at building rapport over the phone with a range of senior decision makers and be competent at gaining buy-in from the various stakeholders involved in the decision making process. Your sales approach will ensure the customer is put first and you will be relentless in understanding the needs and pain points of our potential clients. You will be adaptable and flexible enough to utilise multiple sales approaches to close a deal and will be effective at communicating the tangible value that our software can bring to each clients’ business.
We are also looking for the following:- At least three years B2B sales experience, ideally selling Cloud applications
- Demonstrable, consistent, over-achievement against sales targets
- An innate hunger for personal and company success combined with a great personality
- A consultative selling style combining effective questioning techniques
- Ability to explain and demonstrate technical solutions in non-technical, business-focussed language
- An appreciation of how small businesses operate and the challenges they face, specifically Retail / Distribution / Warehouse industries
- Solid understanding of web, enterprise, and SaaS technologies
- For the right candidate, a degree is not essential

This position is based at our Bristol Head Office but may require travel to client’s sites on occasion.
