This leading Private Practice law firm is looking for Industrial Disease Solicitors to join its Disease Team to handle a volume caseload of Industrial Disease matters.
The Disease team handles a number of industrial disease claims, often involving asbestos, hand arm vibration, noise induced hearing loss/industrial deafness.
Industrial Disease – Key responsibilities:
-Working as a solicitor on Industrial Disease caseload
-Function as part of a dedicated team to achieve positive results
Industrial Disease – Qualifications, experience, requirements:
-Experience of handling a caseload of Industrial Disease files (essential)
-Claimant experience
-Outstanding attention to detail
-Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
