Acorn Global Recruitment is a division of the Acorn Group supporting our international clients across the globe. We place skilled individuals from the UK, EU and North America to our diverse client base on preferred and sole supply based contracts for large volumes of staff.
Our business across Asia Pacific region is expanding and we require additional resources to service the demands of our growing client base.
We offer a complete recruitment process outsourcing solution which includes managing VISA applications and relocation of candidates across the globe.
The environment is very busy, fast paced and requires dedication, excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and a flair for dealing with people. The resource team is focused solely on candidate attraction, selection and managing the transition process.
The role will require regular UK travel and some travel to Europe and the Asia pacific regions. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing division and to join an innovative organisation that is bucking the current economic trend.
Job Role:
Identification and selection of Technical candidates
Interviewing and presenting to candidates as a group and individually
Collating candidate information
Carrying out due diligence, reference checking, managing medical assessments
Liaising with clients and candidates to manage interview process
Liaising with Global office network
Working with supply chain partners to manage candidate flow
Candidate customer service
Managing database, statistical information and associated administration
Any other duties as required by the Head of Global Recruitment
Person Specification:
Strong communication skills in all forms
Ability to work to deadlines and to target
Strong customer focus
Demonstrable organisational skills
Good Administration experience
Highly computer literate
Strong technical aptitude

Package - Salary to 15 ,000 - 18,000 excellent bonus structure full benefits package
