Customer Service and Sales Representative

Our client, based in Caldicot, is looking for a Customer Service and Sales Representative to join their friendly, hard-working team in March. The successful candidate will be professional, a good team player with commercial awareness and excellent Microsoft Office skills including SAGE. You will be required to support the existing Sales team and deal with incoming customer queries. It is important that you have similar experience in a Customer Service/Sales role and SAGE experience.
Duties to include:
- Carry out administrative tasks for customer service team e.g. filing, correspondence
- Process orders received from customers
- Raise customer invoices
- Take incoming telephone calls, e-mails, and deal with in a timely manner
- Carry out contact with customers to procure orders
- Chase customer accounts departments for payment of invoices
- Support sales team in managing existing business and developing new business
