Ludlow Street Healthcare is an innovative, rapidly-expanding organisation that provides specialist care, education and treatment services for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs and other specialist care needs.
We are currently recruiting Staff Nurses within our Ocean Community Services for Caerau Manor, Newport. Caerau Manor is a community service designed to support clients who suffer from mental illnesses such as acquired brain or degenerative neurological conditions, for example Huntington’s disease. As a Staff Nurse you will be responsible for the assessment, formulation, implementation and evaluation of person-centred care plans for our clients. You will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team and carry out all relevant forms of clinical care as instructed.
Normal working week is 37.5 hours worked flexibly Monday to Sunday. Shifts will include days, evenings, nights, weekends and Bank Holidays.
To be considered for this position you must be a qualified RMN and will have current registration with the NMC.
