Ludlow Street Healthcare is an innovative, rapidly expanding organisation that provides specialist care, education and treatment services for individuals with mental health needs, learning disabilities and other specialist care needs.
We are currently recruiting a Registered Manager within our Ocean Community Services for Caerau Manor, Newport. Caerau Manor is a community service designed to support clients who suffer from mental illnesses such as acquired brain or degenerative neurological conditions, for example Huntington’s disease. As a Registered Manager you will be responsible for the overall management of the unit, its resources and budgets. You will ensure the highest quality of service is provided for our clients through their person centred care plans and that unit staff are encouraged and supported to achieve and exceed their full potential.
Your key responsibilities will include providing leadership, guidance and management to all staff in line with Company policy, to be responsible for health and safety issues relating to you, clients, staff and visitors to the unit and to provide ongoing monitoring of care and service provision.
Normal working week is 37.5 hours worked flexibly Monday to Sunday. Shifts will include days, evenings, nights, weekends and Bank Holidays.
To be considered for this position, you will be RMN qualified with previous experience of working in a Mental Health or learning disability environment.
