An opportunity has arisen with our highly prestigious client based in Cardiff City Centre. Our client is looking for a PA to provide secretarial support to two partners as well as a group of fee earners.
Responsibilities will include:
* Providing full secretarial support to a group of fee earners and two partners
* Responding to various forms of communications and queries
* Providing assistance to colleagues in managers absence including policies and processes
* Undertaking a range of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office
* Designing and maintaining management of efficient office systems
* Diary management
* Liaising with internal and external contacts at all levels
* Organising and planning market facing events.

* Ability to use own initiative and work autonomously as well as part of a team
* Must have an adaptable, keen and flexible approach
* Excellent organisational skills
* Ability to prioritise a heavy workload and work effectively under pressure
* Professional telephone manner
* Interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives, clients and suppliers.
Applicants must have advanced IT skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook & Powerpoint.
Prior experience of providing PA support to staff at a high level is essential.
