Resource Planning Strategy Manager

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team as Resource Planning Strategy Manager. This role can be based in either our Dundee or Cardiff Customer Service Centre.
Job Description:-
Ensure the effective co-ordination of activity, events, projects and communications across Operations to enable consistency and utilisation of resource.
Continually review and align the structure to deliver cost effective performance and drive continuous improvement and increased productivity.
Required skills:
- Leadership skills within a contact centre environment
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Change management capability
- Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
- Work Force Management experience in one well known system e.g. Verint
- Experience of leading, managing, motivating and developing teams to achieve business objectives
Desirable skills:
- Experience of the Planning, Scheduling, Real-time service delivery and Management Information reporting would be beneficial
- Experience of developing Resource Planning/Work Force Management systems and processes from new, would be highly desirable
