The Role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen, we're looking for an experienced Team Leader to be based at Fusion Point, Cardiff City Centre.
Vacancy details:
- Team Leading with around 12-5 team member
- 40 hour week, on a roster with the other 4 TL's
- Reporting into the Inbound Sales Manager
- To start ASAP
Requirements:
You must be able to demonstrate previous experience leading a sales call centre team, whilst increasing sales by coaching and mentoring your team to success.
