Job Elements: -
• The role of the Sales Representative is drive the sales functions and agenda for Europe, Americas, Middle East and Russia in delivery against sales targets.
• Core responsibilities will involve ownership of all sales functions including tenders, quotes and communication around the sales process.
• Working with newly formed, cross cultural, off shore team in the organisation;
• Developing a detailed understanding of the Product Range being offered by the company;
• Developing a detailed understanding Application / Technical details of the Products;
• Developing a detailed understanding of Existing & Potential clients and creating Customer Database;
• Managing and maintaining Existing Customers of the business with regards to needs & expectations;
• Developing a detailed understanding of Existing Sales Strategy, Product Positioning & Market;
• Creating a positive and high service delivery focused culture;
The ideal candidate will have:
• Technical or Business related education;
• Previous experience related to sales of Industrial and Manufactured products;
• Interpret, Negotiate and Complete commercial contracts with limited legal support;
• Build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of clients;
• Proficiency in German Language; (Other languages like Spanish / Italian / Russian will be an added advantage)
