CMM Technician £20-24k
Our Client has an immediate requirement for a Quality CMM Technician.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and established organisation on a day’s regular role.
The Role:
To liaise with Customers with measurement methods at APQ stage.
To carry out FAI reports and Capability studies as part of the PPAP process for new products.
To support the shift QA team (including measurement training, advice and expertise).
To control all aspects of the Calibration System to meet the requirements of the relevant International and Customer Standards.
Raising of the required PPAP packages for new products.
The Person:
Understanding and interpretation of drawing requirements, GD&T etc.
Experienced in CMM programming
Understanding of QA methodology
