Senior Customer Account Manager
Senior Customer Account Manager is required for a leading communications business based in Cardiff. This is a full time position within the business development department and each individual works from their home base covering the South Wales and West area.
The overall purpose of the senior customer account handler role is to provide comprehensive support to customers following the sale of the company’s services and to respond to any shortfalls in service experienced by them during the duration of the contract.
The ultimate aim is to ensure that the customers’ needs are met in full to ensure that the customer will renew their business at the appropriate time. The customer account manager will effectively be project managing the whole process to ensure the smooth introduction of the client’s new contract within the business as well as ensuring that the activities are carried out to the required standard, within agreed budgets and that targets are met.
As a Senior Customer account handler you will have to have excellent communication skills, establishing and maintaining effective formal and informal communication with the key customers who will be assigned to you, the key decision-makers and other stakeholders generally, to exchange information and views and to ensure that the company is provided the appropriate range and quality of services.
The senior account manager will also have to be flexible and willing to respond to short notice situations as well as possessing a high level of computer skills.
