We are urgently seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst for a new role in Cardiff, South Wales. We're really looking for someone who has strong Microsft desktop suite technical ability (1st and 2nd line troubleshooting skills) ideally in a Citrix thin client environment.
A grounding in French or German would be ideal but it's not absolutely essential- GCSE level would help but it would also be good if you've worked on an international service desk taking calls from various European locations.
As well as a strong technical background you should have a clear understanding of service delivery with the ability to ensure that Service Level Agreements and Operational Level Agreements are adhered to and delivered on time - previous experience of working in this type of environment will be pretty much essential for this one so please make sure it's documented on your CV or covering email. ITIL knowledge would also be nice to have.
