Required to join a rapidly expanding, market leading company. Our client is a small, privately owned company that manufactures electronic products for a niche market with the automotive Industry. They are the UK market leaders and have a significant and rapidly growing presence in Europe and beyond. They are currently looking for an experienced Technical Author to help them support their design and manufacturing team in documenting all aspects of their product including:
• Wiring diagrams
• Mechanical detailing
• Installation instructions
• Manufacturing procedures
• End user manuals
The successful candidate will be skilled in the use of 2D drawing packages such as AutoCAD LT , as well as being 100% MS WORD literate. They are looking for active participation in controlling their documentation system. The position would suit a proactive, enquiring individual, capable of detailed and accurate work, who can communicate well on a technical level.
