The Person
The Conjugation Scientist will be a good communicator, have a passion for their work and be keen to gain the experience that 6 months in the reagents department can offer. You will get the opportunity to work on projects and to get involved and put ideas forward. Although this is a temporary conjugation scientist role, BBI is growing and actively revisits temps who have proved an asset to the business for these positions.
The Role
The position involves the following responsibilities:
· Conjugation of bio-molecules to colloid, using established process
· Completion of documentation to cGMP
· QC testing of some conjugates using customer defined/BBI defined QC process
· Conform with product and raw material traceability
· Pack product using packing forms/to defined procedures
· Complete a custom conjugation laboratory report as required
· Complete trend analysis
· Peer review of completed documentation
· Assist with lab house-keeping
