FMCG Senior Marketing Manager (commercial marketing/ retail/ campaign planning/ product range delivery)
The Person
This is a new role, so a brilliant opportunity for a hands-on FMCG commercial marketer who is looking to take a step up and develop an area of their own. You will have a strong personality, be disciplined, organized, motivated and energetic. You’ll be a driven commercial marketer who gets a big kick out of handling FMCG retail buyers, you’ll have experience of (and enjoy) presenting and negotiating with these people and want to work for a fast-paced company which fosters cooperation, individual development and strong leadership.
The Role
This is a senior role with direct reports. The FMCG Senior Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- Driving the Healthcare product range into the retail market
- Hands-on on in creation and delivery of successful marketing campaigns, and driving development of retail accounts
- Delivering presentations to retail buyers, including negotiations for positioning, price and promotion
- Identification of new products and strategic assessment of future strategies
- Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager for healthcare professionals, to ensure growth is achieved through healthcare sector
- Ensuring that new products are developed and delivered to BBI to deadline and the required product and quality standards
- Working with Head of Retail Sales to align S&M strategies for the Division

This role is based in Cardiff, however up to £25% travel time will be required
