We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager to join our client based near Cardiff, South Wales.
This role will be supporting the Sales Director and will oversee the management of a team of sales professionals who are targeted to deliver new homes across the South East Wales area.
The successful applicant will be required to manage developments across the whole of the East Wales region and have management experience in the field of private house sales.
Qualifications/Experience
The successful applicant will be highly motivated and be proactive and have strong customer and staff liaison skills.
Skills
Ideally you must be enthusiastic about sales and be able to possess the aptitude to combine strong business and organisational skills along with excellent communication and team leadership abilities. You must have experience in the filed of Housing/New home sales.
