We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst for a new role in Cardiff, South Wales. We're really looking for someone who has good 1st / 2nd line troubleshooting skills of the Microsoft desktop suite (ideally in a Citrix thin client environment). A grounding in French or German would be ideal but it's not absolutely essential- if you have covered French or German at a GCSE level and are willing to put a little work in to brush up that would be great.
You will be working on a Service desk supporting clients throughout Europe but will also receive Microsoft training and software training that you need to get you up to speed.
This is a highly customer focussed role in which you will work on a busy service desk, the role is really a 1st / 2nd line support / call logging position. You will need a strong emphasis on service delivery with the ability to ensure that Service Level Agreements and Operational Level Agreements are adhered to and delivered on time- previous experience of working in this type of environment will be pretty much essential for this one so please make sure it's documented on your CV or covering email. ITIL knowledge would also be nice to have.
