  • Providing leadership to a highly experienced team of professionals in disciplines including creative, front end, technical and other support teams.
  • To proactively manage the specification and build of the project using tenacity and commercial awareness.
  • To manage internal and external risks, being confident to challenge unclear requirements or aspirations.
  • To be able to apply your experience of project management techniques – estimating, detailed project planning, progress tracking and risk management.
  • To keep accurate, organised records of all aspects of the project, including management of PIDs, Functional Specs, Issue Logs, Risk Logs and Project Finance, providing a complete audit trail of decisions and project progress sign-offs.
  • To stay abreast of digital technologies to a suitable standard for client management at executive level, empathising with the priorities and needs of a range of customers from public sector to private.

Mandatory skills:

  • Ideally 1-3 years demonstrable experience of digital project management preferably in an agency environment.
  • The ability to produce project documentation, including basic business analysis / requirements gathering.
  • The ability to manage the production lifecycle from specification to live.
  • A good understanding of digital technologies and the current marketplace.
  • Proactive, customer focussed and able to act with urgency.
  • Great communication skills and leadership potential.

In return we will give the right candidate the following benefits:

  • Great salary (18k - 28k) depending on experience
  • Contributory (3%) Pension
  • Child-Care voucher scheme
  • Cycle purchase scheme
  • Free fruit
