The Person
The Production Scientist will be a good communicator and be keen to develop their experience. You will get the opportunity to work on projects and to get involved and put ideas forward, so we are looking for people who want to be part of a team, who are passionate and energetic, and are prepared to challenge themselves and others.
Duties Include:
· Production, under cGMP regulation and to ISO 9001 and FDA standards, of different colloid sizes in routine production and the development and manufacture of new products as required
· Technical analysis and problem solving for product or production related issues
· Laboratory skills, use of equipment such as pipettes, spectrophotometers, TEM’s, pH meters (training will be provided)
Basic Requirements:
· Chemistry or Biological based degree is required at least 2:2
· Candidate must be PC literate in windows office suite (word, excel, outlook, powerpoint)
· Excellent verbal and written skills are essential
· Experience in working in laboratory is advantageous but full training will be given
