Shaw Community Services was established in 2003 and is dedicated to providing the highest quality care and support, with well-trained, committed and supportive staff, to individuals in a variety of community settings.
We aim to be the first choice for flexible, person–centred care and support. Our purpose is to maximise the independence of the individual through empowering them to remain in control of their own lives within their own homes. We deliver this through providing support options ranging from practical support with personal care; to developing daily living skills & accessing education, employment and leisure activities.
We understand the value of the time we provide to our service users and the importance of the interaction between them and our staff. With this in mind we ensure that not only do we deliver the support normally expected of us but also look to support in a much more wide ranging manner be that a listening ear, some support around a specific issue or arranging access to specialist care or advice.
We are continuously developing our services in line with new approaches and support models and are looking to form partnerships with innovative organisations that have a commitment to providing quality support to individuals.
