The Role:
• Repair a range of PC based equipment
• Repair a range of Laser, Dot Matrix and DeskJet printers
• Keeping accurate records of customer’s equipment returned for warranty and fourth party repair.
• Logging the work completed on the company’s system
What the company is looking for in the successful candidate:
• PC/network technology – experience of PC hardware, servers, routers.
• Knowledge of Laser, Dot Matrix, DeskJet printers also useful
• Effective team player with the ability to work as part of a small team
• Logical, methodical approach with the ability to enter data accurately into a reporting system
• Strong computer skills.
