Main Responsibilities
The specific purpose of this post is to provide therapeutic, educational and personal care to a group of students with Autistic Spectrum Disorders aged between 16 - 25 attending Beechwood College. As a Residential Support Worker you will actively seek to promote the rights, welfare and quality of life of resident students, and to work in partnership with the members of the student`s family and the wider professional network.
Skills and Experience
Previous experience of working in the Care sector or a secure environment is essential.
