The Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant.
You are to provide a professional recruitment consultancy service to existing clients and candidates, to help develop new business and to be an active and effective team member through:

  • Use of telephone and face to face contact, introducing clients to the services provided.
  • Providing existing clients with professional service in relation to recruitment requirements
  • Matching candidate details to particular vacancies.
  • General administration
  • Achievement of revenue targets will be part of this job
  • Sourcing prospective candidates for existing and future possible contracts, interviewing and establishing suitability.

Skills and Experience:

  • Ideally educated to degree level.
  • Proven recruitment experience essential, ideally within the technical perm sector.
  • Experience of electronic recruitment software packages.
  • Computer literate.
  • Good communication skills.
