RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
BASED IN NEWPORT HIGH STREET OFFICES
REGUS RECRUITMENT is actively searching for a Recruitment Consultant
Ideally from a Commercial or Engineering or Manufacturing Background
Must have validated Track record as we are now looking to expand our areas of expertise
Hours are 08:30 to 17:30 - 1 hr luch daily
We use an extensive Recruitment database system for all communications with Candidates and Clients to ensure a quality service - So if you feel the Recruitment Company you are currently working for is not all its 'Cracked up to be' come and have a chat with me (in private)
We offer the ability to pursue both Temporary & Permanent positions
You must have sales drive and experience with a good conversion rate
You are expected to establish a formidable account record quickly
You are required at both office based and occasionally visiting Sites and appointments
You must be able to qualify your previous background as you will be vetted
looking for a person with a positive 'go get' attitude
You must explain how your targets and pay were scaled - you will be tested
All applicants must applicants go directly to the Director and no communication will be made with your current Recruitment Company or any other member of my staff - as I am aware of your confidentiality
Applicants with no previous experience in the Recruitment Industry will be rejected at the first stage, as this position requires the person to actively create new accounts without any in house training
