Personal Injury Team Leader required for Chambers and Legal 500 recommended Litigation Firm based in South Wales.
We are searching for an experienced Solicitor who is looking to progress into a Team Leader. We will also consider candidates who are Legal Executives for this role.
The Candidate
This role is ideal for candidates looking to stay with a large, commercial law firm and progress their career. Candidates should be experienced in handling their own Personal Injury Claims. Either from a Claimant or Defendant background and have RTA or a mix of RTA, EL/PL experience.
You will need to be able to lead, manage and develop a small personal injury claims team to meet set targets and to identify training needs of both individuals and the team.
You will also need to have the:
- Ability to deal with complex liability claims and large value losses.
- Ability to attend court to litigate and ensure minimal costs.
- Adaptability to deal with different types of claims
- Strong commercial focus with excellent persuasion, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships
- Candidates need to be a strong & confident communicator.
