The positions that we are looking to fill are on our management training program which is an intensive training program that offers very fast progression for ambitious people. We believe in 100% promotion from within and therefore absolutely everybody starts at entry level.

Our hands-on approach allows us to train candidates with little to no experience and catapult their levels of confidence and experience to the next level. Our advancement structure allows us to cross train individuals in various aspects of business in order to prepare them for a management role.
The position will begin at entry level, so candidates will be involved in all aspects of marketing. Once a candidate has learnt the basic marketing systems we are looking to move people into training and recruiting role and we're aiming to get those who stand out in to a management level in 8-10 months.

Successful candidates will be introduced and trained in the basic levels of:
* Marketing / Customer Service
* Sales/ Account Management
* Campaign / Client Coordination
* Team Leadership
Experience working in this field is not essential as all candidates will be shown all necessary skills during client/ campaign workshops to be successful. We promote our team members based on merit, results and professionalism, not seniority.

Successful applicants will then be invited back to spend a full day with one of our Trainee Managers observing a day with the company, as this is a day of observation this will be unpaid.
